Great Googly-Moogly, it's cold out there!

I am NOT kidding you. 12 degrees above zero without wind chill factored in. Ok, it's cold.

The midwest isn't completely bad, though. I got 2 16-packs of feminine sanitary hygiene products for $5. I have never seen them cheaper than $3.25 each in CA, and that's at some evil faraway place like Target.

Lots of things were cheap at the store...I got even got clearance bananas for baking with...

Oh my god it's December.

In other news, I got my first mail to my new address the other day. It was a bank statement, but still. It was official-like!

I live in Oakland now. It's great. I will have to blog more about it later.
